But as far as our experience goes we are sure that this boat comes up exactly to our expectations and desires.

With her heavy displacement and the massive longkeeled hull she is comfy and safe also in heavy weather. If the wind dies her powerful engine will bring us home in time (if necessary).

Spray cold and rain isn't an issue anymore. We no longer have to sit in a dark basement while in port or at anchor. And while navigating there is no more rushing up and down from the cockpit to the nav table - everything is right at hand at the steering station.

Because all sails are furling we don't have to leave the cockpit often. But if we do we feel very safe thanks to the high bulwarks and well positioned handrails.
